Funeral services for Velda Faye Krush House, 88, of New Albany, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Home, Market Street Chapel, New Albany. She died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at Providence Retirement Home in New Albany.
She was a native of Central Barren, and was retired from Colgate Palmolive Company. She attended Christ Community Church of the Nazarene in New Albany.
Survivors include her son, Randall E. “Randy” House and his wife, Betty, of Jeffersonville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George A. and Anna K. Sendelwick Krush; brother, Glen Krush; and six sisters, Ivy Wolfe, Mary Ramsey, Margaret Howerton, Gayle Jenkins, Cora Adams, and Alma House.
She was the widow of Emery O. House Jr. who died May, 27, 1997.
Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today, and after 9 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
