Funeral services for Elaine Sullivan, 85, of Sellersburg, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, New Albany, with burial in Sellersburg Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at her home.
She retired from Louisville Cement Company, was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New Albany. She served as secretary for Clark County Juvenile Detention Facility, served a mission for the LDS Church in Las Vegas, Nev., and was Stake Relief Society President for the LDS Church for 10 years.
Survivors include her sons, Craig Sullivan and his wife, Katherine, of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Chris Sullivan and his wife, Lesli, of Somis, Calif.; daughter, Cindy Nolan and her husband, Anthony, of Sellersburg; brother, Jerry Blice and his wife Anita, of Vincennes; 14 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill G. Sullivan.
Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Friday, at Garr Funeral Home, Sellersburg.
