Funeral services for Thomas E. Langdon, 50, of Clarksville, will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, at Kraft Funeral Service, Charlestown Road Chapel, New Albany. He died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012.
He was born Feb. 21, 1962 to Carolyn Bryant and Ronald Langdon. He was a graduate of Clarksville High School and Indiana University Southeast. After college, he worked for the Boy Scouts of America in Jeffersonville. He later worked as the Manager of Quality Control for Great Dane Commercial Mowers and Bert R. Huncilman and Son in New Albany. He treasured his children, enjoyed travel and the outdoors, and was an avid fan of Indiana University basketball. He fought a long and hard battle against cancer, and he will be missed.
Survivors include his two daughters, Christina and Brittney Langdon; his mother, Carolyn Langdon; brothers, Bryan, Doug, and Steve Langdon; a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
His father, Ronald Langdon, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Northside Christian Church.
