> SOUTHERN INDIANA — Funeral services for Jacqueline “Jackie” Lemmon, 86, of New Albany, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook, Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes. She died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services.
She was the former Jackie James, a native of Louisville, and was a member of Parkway Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Rita G. Christoff and Roberta L. Richmer and her husand, Gary; three brothers, Henry James and his wife, Nelva, Thomas James and his wife, Barbara, and Barry James and his wife, Bonnie; two sisters, Joy Wright and Henrietta Crump and her husband, Kenny; a sister-in-law, Joyce James; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, J.W. Greenwell and Lawrence Hames; and a sister, June Garvin.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the New Albany-Floyd County Animal Shelter in Jackie’s memory.
