Funeral services for Joyce Le Cocq Houck, 79, of New Albany, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. She died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at Rolling Hills Healthcare in New Albany.
She was a native of Bicknell, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Silver Street United Methodist Church, the Order of Eastern Star LaBelle Chapter 419 and past Guardian of Job’s Daughters Bethel 12 in New Albany
Survivors include a son, Bill Houck, of New Albany; daughters, Bonnie Allen and her husband, Wendell, of New Albany, and Betsy Ayers and her husband, Ken, of New Albany; brother, William Le Cocq, of Wylie, Texas; sister-in-law, Darlene Smeak and her husband, Roger, of Altoona, Pa.; grandchildren, Betsy Kleehamer and her husband, Keith, and Reed Allen; and great-grandchildren, AJ and Toby Kleehamer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Houck, parents, Joseph and Louise Milam Le Cocq.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. Job’s Daughters will have a ceremony at 7 p.m. Wednesday with Eastern Star to follow.
