Funeral services for Venice Bright, 86, of Sellersburg, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Sellersburg, with burial in Sellersburg Cemetery. She died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, James Bright, of Clarksville; daughters, Linda Offutt and her husband, Kurt, of Springfield, Tenn., and Lisa Kelaher and her husband, Dan, of Holly Springs, N.C.; son, John Servidio, of Morrisville, N.C.; brother, Steve Smith and his wife, Emma Lou, of Columbus; stepsons, Jim Bright Jr. and his wife, Anne, of Bloomington, and Joe Bright and his wife, Janice, of Mesa, Ariz.; step daughters, Phyllis Vernia and her husband, John, of Floyds Knobs, Cindy Matheny and her husband, Dan, of New Albany, and Jackie Grubbs and her husband, David, of Floyds Knobs; five grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Tony Servidio, and brother, Calvin Smith.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg.
