Funeral Mass for Evelyn F. Cassidy, 79, of Jeffersonville, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 11, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Jeffersonville, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. She died Monday, May 7, 2012, at Jefferson Manor in Louisville.
She was a member of St. Augustine’s Catholic Church and part of their McDonald’s bunch and she was also an accomplished quilter.
She is survived by her grandson, Michael Conley; sister, Charlotte Koetter and husband, Ron, of Sanford, Fla.; sister-in-law, Patricia Finley; nieces, Paula Dix, of Louisville, Susan Finley, Tina Cunningham, Eileen Wern, Michelle Patrick, and Cynthia Alles, all of Fla.; and nephew, Kevin, of Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cecil Cassidy; parents, Robert and Mary Edna Finley; daughters, Deborah Conley and Deanna Gardner; brother, Robert Finley; and sister, Ruby Trainer.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville.
