Funeral services for Deborah Louise Bland Boggs, 61, of Sellersburg, will be at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Kraft Funeral Service, Spring Street Chapel, New Albany, with cremation to follow. She died Monday, March 4, 2013, at her home, surrounded by family.
She was born May 11, 1951 in Williamson, W. Va. to Linden Douglas and Joan Crawford Bland and lived most of her life while residing in Sellersburg, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include family, Michael and Kathy Boggs; six children, Joe Perez, Adam Merica, Marcia and Angela Boggs, Tammy Parker, Michael Boggs Jr. and wife, Stacie; 12 grandchildren, Zack, Brook, Mason, Matthew, Adam, Austin, Michael, Brittany, Star, Christopher, Clayton, and Ashley; mother, Joan Crawford Bland; and sister and niece, Kitty Simpson and Heather Bland.
She was preceded in death by her father, Linden Douglas Bland.
Visitaiton will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
