A memorial service celebrating the life of David B. Taylor, 66, of Catlettsburg, Ky., will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at the Clarksville Community Center, near Town Hall and the new firehouse. The family is welcoming the public.
