Funeral services for Verna Louise Higdon, 56, of Corydon, formerly of Illinois, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home, Corydon, with burial in Cana United Methodist Church Cemetery, near Paris Crossing. She died Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
