A memorial service for Mary K. Ward Furrow, 84, of Clarksville, will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, at Yellowwood Terrace, 2100 Greentree N.. Clarksville. She died Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Hillcrest Village, Jeffersonville.
She was a longtime resident of Yellowwood Terrace, and was a member of Jacobs Chapel United Methodist Church, New Albany.
She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Hall, of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Julie Jacobs and Robin Blevins, of Sommerset, Ky., and Jesse Hall, of New Albany; a brother, Richard Ward and his wife, Martha, of North Carolina; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Clarissa Ward, and brothers, Robert and Herbert Ward.
At her request, she willed her body to the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
