Funeral services for Ruby Katherine “Kate” Wilburn, 82, of Clarksville, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 7, at coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville.
She was a member of Colgate Baptist Church and a Girl Scout Leader for nine years.
She is survived by her husband, David Wilburn, of Clarksville; daughter, Tampa Sue Lacy and husband, Bryce, of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Renae Kepfer-Clark and husband Dale, Quentin Kepfer and companion, Lori Biesel, and Whitney Hawkins; former granddaughter-in-law, Andera Kepfer; 10 great- grandchildren; sister, Alma Meek, of Jeffersonville; niece, Linda Snelling, and husband, Ed, and nephew, Larry Meek.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Birdie Rowe.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, and 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Colgate Baptist Church.
