Funeral services for Walter F. "Bud" Nicholson, 94, of Borden, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at Borden Church of Christ, with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, near Borden. He died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2013, at the Autumn Woods Health Campus in New Albany.
Born on May 31, 1918, he was the son of Clyde and Katie Fisher Nicholson.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Callahan and her husband, Dan, and Brenda Nicholson, of Borden, and Kimberly Richmond and her husband, Harry, of Indianapolis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Grayce Martin Nicholson, and two brothers, Elmo and Harold "Pat" Nicholson.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home, Borden and after 9 a.m. Friday, at the church.
