Funeral services for Sherri L. McKinley, 52, of New Albany, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at First Church of God, New Albany, with cremation to follow. She died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.
She was a member of and a secretary at First Church of God in New Albany. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth A. McKinley; a daughter, Melissa Forton; two sons, Ricky Smith and Joel A. McKinley; stepdaughter, Shelly M. Sanders; two sisters, Sandy Jackson and Michelle Leffler; and six grandchildren, Elena and Derek Forton and Makeelan, Nakota, Brooklyn and Brinley Smith.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Flora Lee Leffler and her father, William R. Watts.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at Kraft Funeral Services, Spring Street Chapel, New Albany and 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
