Funeral services for Fred A. Gardner, 65, of Middletown, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home, Corydon, with burial in the New Middletown United Methodist Church Cemetery, New Middletown. He died Oct. 29, 2009, at University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday, and from 9 a.m. until time of service Monday.
