Funeral services for Lorna Southard Kreimer, 68, of Lawrenceburg, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg. She died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.
She was a consummate and gifted hobbyist, avid booklover and collector.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Jack Kreimer. She was a mother and stepmother to Timothy Southard and his wife, Kathy, Mark Southard and his wife, Pam, Sheryl Schaefer and her husband, Joe, Daniel Southard and his wife, Candy, Matthew Southard and his wife, Becky, Nathan Southard and his wife, Shawna, Jennifer Kreimer, Lisa Seiler and her husband, Paul, Lorie Schaefer and her husband, Doug, Leslie King and her husband, Mike and Jeffery Kreimer. She was known as Grammy Lorna to 30 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by a brother, Clyde Sonny Parrott and his wife, Lenora; a sister-in-law, Sue Southard; a niece; and numerous nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Sarah Parrott of Charlestown.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society for Liver Research or charity of the donor’s choice.
