Funeral services for Jacob William Bline, 85, of Eva, Tenn., will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home, Camden, Tenn., with burial in Flatwoods Cemetery. He died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at Jackson Madison County Hospital.
He was born March 18, 1924 in New Albany, to the late Oscar L. and Alice Williams Bline. He was a veteran, and a member of Open Door Church.
Survivors include his wife, Earlene Orman Bline; stepdaughter, Barbara Key Howard of New Albany; stepsons, Robert David Orman and his wife, Patty and Danny Lynn Orman, all of New Albany; brothers, Gerald Bline of New Albany, and Joseph Bline of Ramsey; sisters, Jessie Wilson and Charlotte Rutkowski and her husband, Robert, all of New Albany; raised by him, Jason Aaron Shaver and his wife, Stephanie, of New Albany, and Amie Jean Thomas and her husband, Ben, of Bronx, N.Y.; 17 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday, and after 9 a.m. until time of service Sunday.
