Funeral services for Delbert L. Dowell, 71, of Charlestown, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 1, at Legacy Funeral Center, Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. He died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, and after 10 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
