Funeral services for Wilbur Earl Haworth, 89, of Jeffersonville, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville. He died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He retired from the Colgate Company after 42 years in maintenance. He also worked at the Louisville Auto Auction for 19 years. He was a member of the Eagles and Sons of the American Legion. He was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by daughters, Rebecca Hamilton, Tammy Coulston, and Lisa Haworth, all of Clarksville; brother, Joe Haworth, of Clarksville; sister, Betty Coons, of Jeffersonville; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Irene Haworth; son, Dennis Haworth; parents, Arthur Haworth and Anna Mires Haworth; and sister, Blanche “Babe” Roberts.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
