Randall D. Shaffer, 55, of Pekin, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at his home.
He was an avid fisherman and an outdoorsman at heart. He was born May 1, 1957 in Bristol, Tenn. to Edward and Elsie Rodefer Shaffer.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Paula G. Dean Shaffer; children, Holly Lawrence and her husband, Jeremiah, and Matthew Shaffer and his wife, Ashley; brother, Anthony Shaffer and his wife, Debbie; and grandchildren, Jasmine and Nathan Shaffer.
Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, at Newcomer Funeral Home, New Albany, with cremation to follow according to Randall’s wishes.
