Funeral services for Densil Giles Thomas, 55, of Charlestown, will be at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. He died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at his home.
He was born Jan. 5, 1957, in Clark County, to Howard and Evelyn Thomas. He was a pipefitter and a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union #502. He was an avid IU and Indianapolis Colts fan.
Survivors include his wife, the former Kelly Williams; daughters, Ryan Sheppard and her husband, Robert, of Charlestown, and Ashley McAdams and her husband, Justin, of New Albany; a stepson, Matthew White, of Charlestown; a brother, Donnie Thomas and his wife, Marianne, of Charlestown; grandchildren, Ashtyn and Avery; and his faithful companion, Bruiser.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from noon to 6 p.m. on Monday.
