Funeral services for Mary Jo Garvin, 71, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 16, at Kraft Funeral Service, Charlestown Road Chapel, New Albany, with private entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. She died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
She was born in Floyd County, on Jan. 1, 1941, to the late Samuel and Alma Bender and retired from the NAPA Distribution Center in Louisville.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Thomas B. Garvin.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. a
