Funeral services for Delores Blaylock, 76, of Salem, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, at Weathers Funeral Home, 106 South Shelby St., Salem, with burial in Atkins Cemetery, Floyds Knobs. She died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at St. Vincent Hospital, Salem.
She was born Feb. 7, 1933, in Floyds Knobs, to the late Christie and Flora Sorrels Atkins. She was a retired dietary manager for Whitney Hospital in Lake Whitney, Texas.
Survivors include her son, David Losson, of Dallas, Texas; daughters, Judy Frazier, of Weatherford, Texas, Denis Humphrey of Salem, and Kay List, of Eden, Wis.; brother, Richard Atkins, of Floyds Knobs; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmo Blaylock, and her parents.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday, and from 8 a.m. until time of service Monday.
