Funeral services for Charles A. Haven, 56, of Memphis, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, with cremation to follow. He died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at his residence.
He retired as a captain of Jeffersonville Fire Department, and was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
He is survived by his sons, C. Christopher Haven, of Scottsburg, and James A. Haven, of Jeffersonville; mother, Gwen R. Haven, of Jeffersonville; brother, Michael Haven, of Jeffersonville; and granddaughter, Zoe V. Haven.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles O. Haven.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
