A memorial service for Lora O. Johnson, 84, of Clarksville, will be at 7 p.m. Monday, July 16, at Howard Park Christian Church, Clarksville. She died June 29, 2012.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen R. Johnson and Jon M. Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert H. Johnson.
Chapman Funeral Home, Clarksville, is in charge of arrangements.
