Funeral and celebration of life services for James G. Wright, 77, of Louisville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, Louisville, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. He died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 at Norton Audubon Hospital, Louisville.
He was a retired bank executive for the former National City Bank, where he had more than 40 years of service, an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Dixie/Louisville, the City Sales Club and attended Summit Heights Methodist Church. He was also a U. S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his sister-in-law, Mrs. Everett “Patti” Wright; nieces, Virginia Haywood, Cyndi Deering, Connie Vest and Judy Seitzinger and her husband, Kevin; and nephew, Richard Wright.
He was preceded in death were his parents, Everett and Blanche Wright; his wife, Jean Purvis Wright, and a brother, Rev. Everett Wright Jr.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
