Funeral services for Pauline Mae Henry, 85, of Clarksville, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Jeffersonville, with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery, Jeffersonville. She died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Riverview Village Nursing Home.
She was born in English, and retired from Lorillard Tobacco Company. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a fantastic cook and even a better baker.
She is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Lowrance, of Taylorsville, Ky., Debbie Flege and her husband, David, of Indianapolis; a brother, Laverne Allen and his wife, Judy, of English; two grandchildren, Katie Friedericks and her husband, Will, of Indianapolis, and Matt Flege and his wife, Heidi, of Cincinnati ; and one great-grandson, Colin Friedericks.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lloyd T. Henry, her parents, George M. Allen Sr. and Lula Mamie Allen, a son-in-law, Sam Lowrance, a sister, Helen Fern Allen, and three brothers, George M. Allen Jr., Guido Allen and James Allen.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Scott Funeral Home, Jeffersonville.
Memorial contributions can be made to NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Health). Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
