Funeral services for Ernest L. Crady, 78, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. today, Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Newcomer Funeral Home, New Albany. He died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013.
He was born Nov. 8, 1934. He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of Springdale Community Church. He was an avid UK fan as well.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joyce Crady; daughters, Leigh Ann Ross and her husband, Ronald, and Kimmy Crady; grandchildren, Alyssa Ross and Shane Ross; sisters, Shirley Robinett and Linda Hughes; and a brother, Jerry Crady.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer L. Crady and Mattie Mahoney Crady.
Visitation was from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, and after 10 a.m. today, at the funeral home.
