Funeral services for Terry Maxine Barnes, 56, of Jeffersonville will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26. at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Scottsburg Cemetery. She died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012 ,at her home.
She was born on July 2, 1956, to James “Bob” Bonney and Helen (Vest) Coffey in Jeffersonville. She worked as an insurance specialist for Associates in Dermatology in downtown Louisville in the billing department. She previously worked at the Medical Center of Southern Indiana in Charlestown. She committed her life to her family and was always there for them when they needed her most.
Survivors include her husband, James Barnes of Jeffersonville; daughters Cathy Nolan and husband Bill of Louisville, Amy Barnes and partner Monica of Jeffersonville, and Martina Morris and husband Matt of Jeffersonville; mother; Helen Coffey of Jeffersonville; sister; Marcye Matthews of Louisville; stepbrothers Wayne Coffey and wife Janet of Louisville, Gerald Coffey and wife Cindy and Mark Coffey and wife Mitzi, both of Jeffersonville; and grandchildren; Jason Nolan, Haili Johnson and Braxtyn Morris.
She was preceded in death by her father; her stepfather Everett L. Coffey; brother Ronald Vest; and sister Ramona Coffey.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 am Monday.
