Funeral services for Donnie Bangs, 61, of Borden, will be at noon Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg. He died Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at his home.
He was retired from Clark Maritime Center, was very active in Alcoholics Anonymous and loved riding his motorcycle with his friends.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Bangs; a sister, Donna Holland, of Clarksville; an uncle, John Bangs, of New Albany; a nephew, Doug Dobson; a stepson, David Minter, of Clarksville; and a stepdaughter, Dina Leininger, of Jeffersonville.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26, and after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
