Martha Jane Adams

Martha Jane Adams, 63; of Jeffersonville

Funeral services for Martha Jane Adams, 63, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, with burial in Eastern Cemetery, Jeffersonville. She died Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at her home.

She was a native of Jeffersonville, employed by the insurance department at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, and was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Charlestown.

Survivors include her son, Butch Adams and his wife, Reya, of New Albany; daughters, Michele M. Adams-May, of Jeffersonville, Denise V. Adams-Kaufer, of Clarksville and Susie Adams-Davis, of St. Louis; sister, Mary Ann Willeford, of Charlestown; brothers, Thomas Lee Warren, of Charlestown, Paul and Kenny Warren, of Hibernia, Jody Warren, of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Herman John Warren, of Dayton, Ohio; her mother, Mary Elizabeth Warren, of Sellersburg; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. “Buddy” Adams Sr.

Visitation at the funeral home will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
