Janice R. Standafer, 69; of Jeffersonville
Private graveside services for Janice R. Standafer, 69, of Jeffersonville, will be at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, following cremation. She died Friday, June 19, 2009, at Providence Retirement Home, New Albany.
She was a native of Blue Diamond, Ky., and worked in the Deli Department at the Kroger store in Clarksville.
Survivors include her sisters, Joyce Buckner of Middletown, Ohio, and Maude Deaton of Newport, Ky.; brother, Ezra Standafer of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the J. Graham Brown Cancer Center, 529 South Jackson St,, Louisville, 40202.
Scott Funeral Home’s North Chapel, Jeffersonville, is in charge of arrangements.
