Betty S.. McIntosh, 69; of Floyds Knobs

Funeral services for Betty S. McIntosh, 69, of Floyds Knobs, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, at the Oak Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. She died Monday, June 22, 2009, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany. She was the former Betty Summers, a native of Lexington, Ky.

Survivors include her husband, Donald L. McIntosh; daughter, Mindy Shetter and her husband, Steve Shetter Jr., of Charlestown; sister, Lois Price; and grandchildren, Donald L. and Monica Camille Shetter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Eloise Summers.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, and after 10 a.m. Tuesday before the service.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to The American Lung Association.
