Terry Lee O’Neal, 61; of Henryville
Funeral services for Terry Lee O’Neal, 61, of Henryville, were at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, June 30, at R.D. Pyke Funeral Service, Henryville, with burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Henryville. She died Saturday, June 27, 2009, while in the company of family members at her residence.
She was born July 19, 1947, in Louisville and her parents Lee A. Smith and Nell M. Collins Smith preceded her in death. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Christian Church, Henryville and worked in the medical field for 20 years.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Edward E. O’Neal; two sons, Edward “Buddy” E. O’Neal and wife, Michelle, of Valley Station, Ky. and Brian Lee O’Neal and wife, Holly, of Shivley, Ky.; two sisters, Sandra “Sandy” K. Veltman and husband, Bob, of Clarksville and Deborah J. Bindner, of Henryville; a brother, Lee A. Smith and wife, Kathi, of Norfolk, Va.; and three grandchildren.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale, Memphis, Tenn., 38105.
