Florence Wheeler, 90; of Jeffersonville
A funeral Mass for Florence Wheeler, 90, of Jeffersonville, will be at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010, in Jeffersonville.
She was born April 21, 1919, to the late Charles Arthur and Adela Reckles Thro. She was a homemaker and member of Sacred Heart Church and Secular Franciscan Order.
Survivors include her daughter, Florence Walker and her husband, Robert, of Jeffersonville; and granddaughter, Monica Garza, of Del Rio, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Wheeler, and her parents.
Visitation was Monday at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville.
