Michael J. Davis, 69; of Sellersburg
Funeral services for Michael J. Davis, 69, of Sellersburg, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. He died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at Clark Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born Oct. 28, 1940, to the late Willard and Mary Louise Davis. He was a machine operator at Sunoco Products and retired after 38 years of service. He was also a member of Culbertson Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Carla S. Davis; a daughter, Michelle Davis, of Sellersburg; and a sister, Barbara Grisham, of Tennessee
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Joan Davis.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Wednesday
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
