Jackie Ray Douglas, 64; formerly of Crestwood, Ky.
Funeral services for Jackie Ray, 64, formerly of Crestwood, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood, Ky., with burial in Sellersburg Cemetery. He died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2009.
He was retired, and had worked for Home Depot in Erlanger.
Survivors include a son, Jeffery Douglas and his wife, Rondi; daughters, Kimberly Dailey and Sheryl Riley and her husband, Bill; sisters, Dovie Hamlet and her husband, Benny and Georgia Knight and her husband, Spencer; brothers, Phillip Douglas and his wife, Grace and Ernest Douglas and his wife, Suzanne; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Ann Douglas; parents, George and Ovie Douglas; brother, James Douglas; and sister Mary Jean Douglas.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
