... to good medical care.
I recently had the “opportunity” to spend some time at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services for a gallbladder surgery. I say “opportunity” jokingly, of course, because no one really likes to go to the hospital. But after my stay, I can say without question that the good people of Floyd Memorial and their support staff make a hospital visit as easy as possible.
I was treated with great dignity and respect at Floyd Memorial, from the time I arrived until the time I left. Everyone took time to listen to me and address my concerns, from the doctors and nurses to the administrators to the people charged with maintaining the facility.
I am especially thankful to Drs. Abdul Jabbar and Julie Hutchinson, both of whom practice at Floyd Memorial, for their expertise, care and attention.
So if, like me, you ever have the “opportunity” to go to the hospital or doctor in Floyd County, rest assured that you’ll be in good hands.
