NEW ALBANY — Registration for the New Albany Parks Department’s Youth Basketball League will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Kathy Wilkerson/Griffin Street Recreation Center .
The Junior League is for New Albany children ages 9 to 12, and the Teen League is for 13- to 16-year-olds. The league is free to join, and there will be boys’ and girls’ teams.
Beginning on Jan. 28, parents can sign-up children for the leagues from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and the final day for registration will be Feb. 4.
