> SOUTHERN INDIANA —
Eight Clark-Floyd area players have been selected to the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association All-State teams.
Four players from Class 2A state runner-up Providence earned All-State team spots. Sophomores Patricia Mattingly and Taylor Wilson made the Class 2A All-State first team, while sophomore Haley Libs and senior Kylie Flanagan got selected to the Class 2A second team.
New Washington junior Caroline Ricks made the Class A All-State second team. Silver Creek senior Haley Garr got picked for the Class 3A All-State first team.
New Albany senior Catlin Lilly earned a spot on the Class 4A All-State first team, while Floyd Central sophomore Remi Bowman made the 4A second team.
