Indiana State Police arrested William W. Donnell, 41, of Tennessee Tuesday, near Seymour, for public nudity after his blue freightliner tractor trailer was stopped for a traffic violation, according to an ISP press release.
When Donnell opened his truck door following the stop, police say he was allegedly not wearing any clothing from the waist down. He was arrested for public nudity, a Class A misdemeanor, and taken to the Jackson County Jail.
Donnell told police he was more comfortable driving that way, according to the release.
