A rainbow appeared on the horizon as relatives gathered at a memorial site in honor of Jacqueline Hall, who passed away on Jan. 17 of this year, in Bicknell Park on Wednesday evening in New Albany. "Show us the rainbow grandma," Denise Hall said as she dug a hole after the rain stopped. Denise, Hall's daughter-in-law, was one of several relatives from three generations that were on hand to remember her and to help plant flowers, bushes and trees at the memorial in the park that she lived next to on Spring Street for many years.
